CMG understands that positive interactions and strong relationships between company and client are absolutely crucial. Therefore CMG ensures that the customer experience with its staff is a positive, cordial and professional one.

All CMG removal and relocation staff including porters, drivers, IT technicians and any other on-site staff are required to wear branded uniform at all time. CMG provides a range of branded clothing to its staff including polo shirts, fleeces, waterproofs, trousers and hi-visibility safety jackets, meaning that whatever their purpose, Continental staff are easily identifiable, which is particularly useful in corporate relocations where there may be a number of different contracted companies on-site.

Furthermore, all CMG staff members are trained in customer interaction and subject to criminal record checks. Any on-site staff members are required to carry staff photographical identification, detailing their name, the date they joined CMG and their role within the company, ensuring full accountability and instilling maximum customer confidence and safety.
