While most companies simply offer storage facilities for archived documents, Continental offer a fully comprehensive document management service to give our clients peace of mind that their archived items are treated responsibly, carefully and with full confidentiality.

We offer a full document management package to our clients who choose to utilise our archive file storage facilities. When we first store our client’s documents in our archiving facility, we organise the documents in a logical and sensible way, and in a manner that suits the requirements of the customer should they need to retrieve any stored document, which can be delivered physically or electronically to our customers upon request – on the same day if needed.

We implement a comprehensive document management policy, in accordance with regulations set out by the Government in regards to Data Protection, document archiving and waste management. This allows our customers to demonstrate that they manage their own documentation safely and responsibly.

When the client decides that it is safe or indeed necessary to have a document, or indeed an entire archive of documents destroyed, Continental will be more than willing to undertake a thorough data destruction process whereby the documents will be securely destroyed by cross-cut shredding, and promptly recycled. Not only does this give our clients peace of mind that potentially sensitive information is disposed of thoroughly, but also that they are acting conscientiously in regards to the environment and waste management.

We can also provide a certificate of destruction upon request, allowing the customer to comply with any relevant policies they may have in place.
