Continental Move Group was formed in 2002 to provide exceptional service in the residential and commercial sectors. The Company’s main objective is to provide professional service on an unprecedented scale while still maintaining a personal commitment to our customers.

All of our staff are fully trained in all aspects of logistics and packing, through intensive and carefully monitored in-house and on-the-job training, certified by the National Guild of Removers & Storers (of which CMG is a proud member) and also the British Association of Removers. On top of this, all of our removal and porter staff are in uniform for every job, no matter the client.

Continental Move Group’s newly created corporate relocation division undertakes all aspects of commercial relocation contracts. Undertaking tasks including crate hire, archive storage and data destruction, Continental Corporate Relocations provides a thorough and highly regarded service to its commercial customers, including operating its own equipment de-commissioning and re-commissioning department with fully certified staff. Also, as of 2006, CMG has incorporated the Sussex-based Purple Crate Co., who specialise in providing crate hire 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the U.K and Europe.

This rapid expansion has recently resulted in massive investment in our new 50,000 sq. feet; purpose-built, archive and self storage unit in West Sussex (see news) and a rapidly expanding fleet of modern removal and haulage vehicles of all sizes. CMG have a strict policy of only investing in vehicles that conform with emission standards defined by the EU, and any existing vehicles have been necessary modified to conform with the fifth stage (known as Euro 5) of the European Council directives related to vehicle emissions.

CMG continuously promotes sponsorship for local sports clubs, community projects and charities throughout the UK and is a proud sponsor of the Brighton Rugby Club Under 9s team.
